The death of actor Paul Walker continues to shake his fans, Hollywood and the car racing community. The 40-year-old Fast and the Furious star was pronounced dead on Saturday after a fatal single-car accident in Santa Clarita, California.
A statement from his Twitter account says Walker was on his way to a
charity event to aid Filipino victims of Typhoon Haiyan, according to
the LA Times. Walker was riding passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT with his friend Roger Rodas behind the wheel. Rodas was also pronounced dead at the scene.
