The Fractals-Second Edit

The 90’s brought us the moderate musical success of Huffamoose. The last decade of the 20th century also brought us the political prowess of Bill Clinton, America Online, the Tamagotchi and the musical delight of MC Hammer. More than one distinction lies between the Philly band and the Macarena or Video Cassette Recorders. Most obviously, it’s the permanence of the group members. The fractured remains of Huffamoose still plug in their amps under a new moniker, The Fractals. A decade of music making together in their current form means these guys lay down tracks with skill and precision that redefine every old-school notion you had about pop-punk. Re-live the 90’s and enjoy the bands born-again success, but please, leave the pager at home.

Never published. This is the original that I sent in and was then edited.
